Kevin O’Leary calls 15% cut on US-China chip sales a ‘form of blackmail’ | CNN Business

Nvidia and AMD have agreed to pay the US government 15% of their revenues from some semiconductor sales to China in exchange for export licenses. Kevin O’Leary tells CNN’s John Berman that the deal keeps the country tied to American technology, even if the arrangement feels like “funky chicken” and “a form of blackmail.”
