The European Commission says cheap electric vehicles from China are undercutting its auto industry and has launched an investigation into unfair trade practices.

There’s a battle between Europe and China that’s brewing over electric vehicles. The European Union has accused China of dumping cheap, government-subsidized electric cars on its market, contending that it’s unfair for European automakers. The EU has launched an investigation.
