Sequoia and Palo Alto played a marathon of marathon games, 19 innings stretched across almost six hours, with 13 players throwing 576 pitches during 158 plate appearances.
The result Saturday was the most grueling 7-4 victory of Sequoia coach Mike Doyle’s career.
