Colorado house where JonBenet Ramsey was found dead listed for sale for almost $7 million

The owners of the 15th Street home where 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey was found dead in 1996 have put the property back on the market, this time with a much higher price tag.

Almost 20 years after it was last purchased, the 5-bedroom house at 749 15th St. was listed for sale Wednesday. The 7,240-square-foot house has been up for sale, on and off, since 2008. It was last listed for sale in 2014.

The current listing on Zillow, posted by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, prices the property at $6.95 million — a big jump from the 2014 asking price of $2 million.
