Victim identified after early January Los Gatos collision death

A 19-year old man has been identified as the person killed in a crash on Jan. 8 in Los Gatos, according to the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office.

Tyler Scheetz of Palo Alto died after sustaining injuries in a two-car collision at the intersection of Blossom Hill and Belgatos roads at 9:52 a.m. Authorities reported at the time of the crash that two other people had been taken to a hospital for treatment, but the nature of their injuries was not specified.
