Two people found dead inside Los Gatos home

LOS GATOS – Two people were discovered dead inside a Los Gatos residence Wednesday, police said.

In a statement, the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department said officers found the bodies while conducting a welfare check.

“LGMSPD is investigating this as an isolated occurrence with no threat to the public,” police said.

Sgt. Katherine Mann said the police department was not releasing any additional information “due to the nature of the investigation and next of kin notifications pending.”

As of Thursday afternoon, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office was still working to confirm the identities of the decedents and notify their next of kin.
