San Jose Sharks trade well-traveled forward to Winnipeg for draft pick, per report

SAN JOSE – The San Jose Sharks traded Vladislav Namestnikov to the Winnipeg Jets, ending the forward’s short stint with the organization, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.

In return, the Sharks will reportedly receive a 2025 fourth-round pick.

Namestnikov, a pending unrestricted free agent, was acquired from the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday in exchange for winger Mikey Eyssimont. The Lightning
