San Jose man killed early Sunday morning in crash on Highway 101

A San Jose man died early Sunday morning when his car slammed into a truck that had rolled over minutes earlier on Highway 101.

The 63-year-old man was killed at about 4:20 a.m. when his silver 2009 Toyota Camry barreled into a 1999 red GMC Sierra truck that sat wrecked in the northbound lanes of Highway 101, south of Story Road, according to Alicia Moreno, a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman.

His name has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
