San Jose: Home raided as part of explosives and narcotics investigation

SAN JOSE — A large police contingent including the city’s bomb squad descended on a South San Jose home on Wednesday afternoon as part of an investigation into someone possessing explosives and illegal drugs, authorities said.

The home is located on Potomac Court, about a block north of the Gunderson High School campus across Chynoweth Avenue. The police presence, which was joined by a hazmat team, arrived
