Police identify East San Jose man arrested in wife’s death

Authorities have identified a man arrested last week after his wife was found dead at a home in East San Jose.

Police arrested 46-year-old Alejandro Mozo-Crisostomo on suspicion of murder after they were called to the home in the 1300 block of Foxdale Loop around 7 a.m. March 14. When officers arrived, they found the woman unconscious and not breathing; life-saving efforts were not successful and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman’s death was the city’s fifth homicide of 2023, according to San Jose police.
