Oakland Still Dealing With Ransomware Attack

The FBI is now getting involved in the ransomware attack that essentially froze all of Oakland’s online services. 

Nearly two weeks since the attack, the city says some computer systems are starting to come back online.  

NBC Bay Area’s Audrey Asistio explains what’s still lagging.
