system better than none

Re: “Where is state’s mental health plan, governor” (Page A12, March 26).

I am very angry with our system.

The lack of outrage or public response to your lead editorial on March 26 is just another example of the callous treatment that our government and community provide the seriously mentally ill.

We have all the money in the world to fund wars, deficits and all kinds of bailouts for those who already have a lot of money. The efforts of many well-meaning mental health advocates have ended up in
