Archbishop Riordan soccer player India Bowles is the Bay Area News Group’s girls high school athlete of the week for Jan. 23-28 after she received 45.45% of the vote at the 5 p.m. deadline Wednesday.
Mt. Pleasant basketball player Snowe De Leon placed second and Acalanes soccer player Addie Bailey finished third.

Bowles, a senior, was one of six Crusaders to score in Riordan’s 7-0 win over Jefferson. A few days later, Bowles scored again in Riordan’s game against College Prep of Oakland.
