BART Resumes Green Line Service After Stoppage Between Berryessa and Daly City

BART officials halted Green Line service between Berryessa and Daly City stations Thursday morning, and it wasn’t restored until more than two hours later.

The 5:36 a.m. news release provided no cause and no further details about the service stoppage.

BART later said it was recovering from an equipment problem on the tracks. As of 8 a.m., a 20-minute delay remained on the Berryessa line in all directions because of the equipment problem at the Bay Fair station, BART officials said.
