Add model home tours to your list

Building and moving into a new home is a family affair. Although the big decisions should be left to the actual buyers, not their kids, it can be exciting to involve the family in the new-home search process.

This is especially in the early phases of looking at homes, builders and new communities. And with spring break coming up for households of all sizes and stages, some families still have time for a road trip.
