Former teenage farm worker breaks down reality of replacing migrant jobs | CNN Business

In 1965, the US government launched a program to replace the end of the Bracero program, which brought Mexican workers to harvest crops on American farms. The program, called A-TEAM or Athletes in Temporary Employment as Agricultural Manpower, aimed to hire American teenagers to work on farms. Randy Carter, a former teenage farm worker, joins Michael Smerconish to share his experience.
