SAN JOSE — The operator of a Bay Area senior activities center, in what appears to mark a local expansion, has bought a San Jose office building near a train stop.
On Lok Senior Health Services has bought an office and research building at 151 Martinvale Lane in south San Jose, according to documents filed on April 3 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office.
The senior activities center operator paid $7.7 million for the office building, the county documents show.
