ROSE GARDEN>>More than a year after the Poor House Bistro pulled up stakes and moved—house and all—from its longtime location near Diridon Station, fans of the New Orleans-style restaurant and bar are still awaiting its reopening in Little Italy San Jose.
Owner Jay Meduri hopes to open the Poor House doors this spring, but the
