San Jose Latin music legends aid relief efforts for Bay Area farmworkers

Los Tigres del Norte will donate a portion of the proceeds from its April 1 hometown concert at SAP Center in San Jose to Bay Area nonprofits that work with local farmworkers.

The San Jose band — which has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide and ranks among the most popular Latin music acts — made the announcement during a press conference held at SAP Center on March 21.
