Another heavy storm was expected to roll into the Bay Area beginning Thursday, bringing strong winds and flooding concerns in the latest round of the region’s rainy start to 2023, according to the National Weather Service.
While scattered and isolated showers were expected Wednesday morning for most of the region, clouds were predicted to give way to a sunny afternoon. High temperatures around the Bay on Wednesday were forecast at 57 degrees in San Jose, 56 in Walnut Creek and 54 in Oakland and San Francisco.
