The Saratoga Symphony presents a free concert Jan. 22 featuring three 19th-century works, including a clarinet concerto with Bay Area resident Tina Tsai as soloist. The program also includes
a 2013 symphony by a Bay Area composer. Conductor Dr. Jason Klein talks to audience about each piece before it is performed.
The concert is set for 3 p.m. at Lincoln Glen Church, 2700 Booksin Ave. in San Jose. No tickets are required; donations are
