49ers get high marks for facilities, player treatment in NFLPA survey

Highly-paid newcomers from Trent Williams in 2020 to Christian McCaffrey last season have extolled the virtues of the 49ers as being a first-class operation.

Based on a survey conducted by the National Football League Players Association, 49ers players feel that way anonymously as well.
