49ers’ Christian McCaffrey says ‘zero’ chance he misses NFC Championship Game

SANTA CLARA — Christian McCaffrey offered one crisp word to describe his chances of missing Sunday’s NFC Championship Game: “Zero.”

He sat out his second straight practice Thursday because of a contusion on his right calf from the 49ers’ divisional-round win Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

McCaffrey doesn’t expect much change to his preparation.
