Fallout from 49ers’ camp fight includes concussion from Fred Warner’s hit

SANTA CLARA — Linebacker Fred Warner’s hit heard ’round the 49ers’ world did more than spark a training camp brawl.

It gave wide receiver Marcus Johnson a concussion, and it also stirred debate on how physical the 49ers are.
