Early election results show incumbent Yan Zhao is leading the pack for the Saratoga City Council race.
The Santa Clara County Registrar of voters have reported a little under half of registered voters’ ballots, and Zhao holds more than a quarter of the votes.
Belal Aftab and Chuck Page are close behind, followed by Bill Dalton and Priya Shastri.
The three elected candidates will join Mayor Tina Walia and Vice Mayor Kookie Fitzsimmons. Mary-Lynne Bernald and Rishi Kumar will leave council at the end of the
