A Story About Inclusive Customer Experience

It was my wife and I’s wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago. To celebrate, we took Monday afternoon off and went for a walk at a local nature reserve before going out to dinner.

In the days running up to Monday, we had experienced a few stormy days, so we were relieved when the storm abated, allowing us to enjoy a nice walk.
