Large group of burglars strikes Santa Clara shoe store again

SANTA CLARA – For the second time in less than a week, a shoe store in Santa Clara has been burglarized by a large group of people, police said.

The latest incident was reported at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Officers arrived at The Fix Kicks on the 2000 block of El Camino Real to find 15 to 30 people fleeing in numerous vehicles, the Santa Clara Police Department said in a news release Monday.

The same business was also burglarized early on the morning of Nov. 23, police said.
