A classic, wooded home in the Cole Valley neighborhood in San Francisco has sold for $2.1 million over its original asking price.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house built in 1973 was originally listed at $2.995 million along with an adjacent vacant lot for $500,000. Both parcels sold together for $5.6 million.
