49ers reportedly add veteran Josh Norman to cornerback corps

SANTA CLARA — Cornerback Josh Norman was at the peak of his career five years ago, when he helped the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium and envisioned someday returning to the Bay Area.

“It’s beautiful out here. It really is,” Norman said in a February 2016 interview before that Super Bowl defeat to Denver.

Apparently, the time has come for him to beautify
