San Jose: Three arrested in shooting and beating of man in Alviso

SAN JOSE — Three people have been arrested over the past month in connection with a December attack in which they allegedly shot then beat a man in Alviso in broad daylight, and also wounded a bystander, according to San Jose police.

The shooting and assault were reported just after 1 p.m. on Dec. 21 on Trinity Park Drive, near Alviso Park. An investigation found that three men got out of a car and approached another man; one of the men from the car pulled out a gun and began shooting, police said.
