Regular I-80 nightmare
has simple fixes

It is clear that the writer of the trip home on I-80 on July 5 does not drive that stretch of highway very often (“I-80 post-holiday travelers get nightmare and milkshakes,” Page A2, July 11).

Five hours may seem like a big deal. However, it is not. Any time you travel that stretch of highway at the wrong time of day, you can count on added hours to your trip. Even worse is driving said road on Sunday. That is the day that every rookie driver seems to be
