Mountain View: Missing man found safe in Los Altos

MOUNTAIN VIEW – A man was found safe in Los Altos on Thursday night after he walked away from a Mountain View hospital earlier in the day wearing only a gown.

The 36-year-old man left El Camino Hospital about 4:15 p.m. and ran southbound on Grant Road from South Drive, the Mountain View Police Department said in a tweet.

Around 8:30 p.m., the police department announced the man had been found safe in Los Altos.
